    I am a real estate agent for CENTURY 21 Cedarwood and I have a house listed at 2010 E. Cavanaugh, next door to bad yard. I have had several complaints about people looking at house that they don't want to live next to the neighbors because their yard is bad. They have old furniture in backyard in a pile, trailor in sideyard full of brush, etc...and they are parking in the yard. I also am sure they are driving right through my property to get to their's through the bushes, I can see the tracks. This needs to stop and no one around them can sell or stand to look at their mess.

Worried about mice rats and cockroaches coming in if this is not taken care of. I reported to my landlord but nothing yet been taken care of by tennant upstairs.
