My neighbor has 2 dead ash trees that are leaning over my house. He has already had dead ash trees fall on my house and back fence three times (2011, 2012, 2015) and also fall on power lines. I have attached a picture of the second tree laying on my house. The two current dead trees are the ones in the center of the picture by the corner of his house.
