Ingham County land bank garden that is a problem - they cleaned it out again (finally) but now have piled at curb again, please remove before the stuff freezes to the ground, lawn can't be mowed- looks terrible. I am really tired of these projects that are not taken care of by the people responsible for them and they do not have the means to take care of them.
